Please have a regularly daily maintenance while using our flatbed cutter

Keep the working surface and the runway, suction unit clean. Make sure
that no tailings fall into the slots of the working surface.
● Add lubricant oil to the gear case every 3 months, which can reduce physical abrasion and noise.
● Set up each parameter according to the explanation in software strictly, then it can make sure the machine work normally.
● Check the pen, knife, pressing wheel before operating the machine.
● Cover the machine with a piece of cloth and avoid pollution.
● Keep the machine away from strong sunshine and high temperature.
●
Keep the better quality of the air in the room. Ensure that no soil and
acid and alkali with it in the same room. The temperature should be
between -10 and +40, while the relative humidity should be between 40%
and 70%.
● Add the oil to the sport parts of the head every half a month, which can reduce physical abrasion and noise.
● Clean the control box, axis and computer every week, add some oil to guide and axis when finish the cleaning.
●
Please turn off all the power supply including air compressor,
computer, vacuum pump and the machine, close the air valve after you
finish work. Before using the machines, please open the air pump first,
then open the computer and the software,switch on the control box at
last.
● Drain the air compressor every day, keep the air clean.
● Clean the filter element of the air cleaner in the air compressor every half a month. Keep the air supply clean.
●
Add the oil to the filter, the pressure regulator and the oil feeder
every half a month. Please choose ISOVG32# type lubricant oil.
